• File Storage: Audio recordings and generated images are stored in secure cloud storage buckets
• Geographic Location: Data is stored on servers provided by Supabase (AWS infrastructure)

5.3 Data Retention

• Free Gifts: Stored for 30 days from creation, then automatically deleted
• Premium Gifts: Stored for the duration specified at purchase (typically 30+ days)
• Scheduled Emails: Deleted after successful delivery or after 3 failed attempts
• Payment Records: Retained as required by law and Stripe's policies

Note: Once a gift expires, all associated data (scripts, images, audio) is permanently deleted.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
